In World War Two mans underwear had color for the first time (olive drab) so that when the soldiers hung up their boxer shorts ito dry, the white flapping underpants wouldn't attract attention from enemy. | ||

In 1946 the bikini was invented for men and women, and in the 50s mans underwear started getting colors and patterns. In the 80s the thong started getting popular (at least in South America). |
